UTILITAS
The building complex is a utilitarian logistics and climate scheme that ensures efficient maintenance of the building, but equally
also a unique spatial experience. Having a goal
achieving near-zero energy, the parallel use of passive and high-tech solutions, and visitors
and the good daily experience of the staff, this idea offers a peculiar hybrid of logistics-centric
light construction and explicit formal language. The principle of the designed building is symbiosis constructiveness, energy efficiency and bold architectural language.
