CONDENSER
A disused post sortage building addresses one of the city’s major public spaces with an opaque and closed façade. Anticipating future developments aroud Charleoi train station, this
projects aims to act as a social condenser for the city. It brings together varous urban programmes through different built typologies while making the most of the existing Post building,
changing only the façades and organising new connections between the existing levels.
Each programme thus finds an optimal form.
