THE POT
The reconversion of a large-sacel retail space on a commercial street addresses how to transform a very generic space into a varied, attractive and open space. The complexity of the programme which includes a restaurant, a food shop on the ground floor, collective kitchens and food labs with various cooking facilities, offices and collective spaces as well as spaces dedicated to communication (including TV shows) generates many interactions and views.
